As Reggio Emilia approach takes its name from the village itself, it signifies the role of the community in the upbringing of a child. At MLT, we ensure that children are well aware of their community, its rich culture and traditions. We engage in cultural performances, storytelling sessions, arts and crafts, music and dance activities, traditional games etc. that create a sense of belonging and understanding in children that they are part of a community. Further, we take children for excursions to local supermarket, parks, museums, indoor play areas and field trips to explore the local culture. We take pride in our diverse multi-cultural student body; we feel the overall learning experience at MLT is more inclusive and enriching.
